  • Vicki will help you appraise and measure the final transaction price before entering into a purchase and sale agreement to increase the success rate of the transaction.

  • After the seller accepts the Offer, it officially enters pending. You need to deliver the Initial payment deposit and formal loan information within the time limit.

  • When Escrow, the neutral third party receives the loan information, it will contact the buyer and seller to complete the signed purchase and transfer. After the signature is sent back to the bank, the bank will start lending. After receiving the loan, Escrow will go to the county government to register the house transfer and wait for the city government records to show After opening the account, it will be officially transferred.

    第八步:Escrow 正式過戶

    當Escrow 中立第三方收到貸款資料,會聯繫買賣家完成簽署購買以及轉讓,簽名寄回給銀行後,銀行開始放貸,escrow 在收到放款後會去縣政府登記房子轉讓,等待市政府記錄顯示個戶後,就正式過戶
